Lucinda is a DPhil student and a Clarendon Scholar in the Department of Politics and International Relations and is a member of Lady Margaret Hall. Her previous research focused on international relations theory and Russian foreign policy, as well as EU tax policy. Lucinda’s current research focuses on the development of the international taxation regime, with a particular emphasis on multilateral endeavours to curb tax avoidance and tax evasion.
Lucinda received her BA (with Honours) in Politics from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and her MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
