I am one of the youngest leaders who has played a key role in modernising Georgia and has strongly contributed to eradication of the corrupt Post-Soviet system after the Rose Revolution. Currently, as a General Counsel of MCA-Georgia, I am implementing second Compact for poverty reduction through economic growth. In 2010 - 2012, I was a Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to the Parliament, leading tax policy reforms. In 2008-2010, I served as a Rector of Finance Academy, and Head of Legal and Financial Policy Departments of the Ministry. I have successfully concluded international agreements with more than 40 countries and introduced 500 laws in financial field. I co-authored Georgian Tax Code 2011. I am a qualified lawyer, holding a Law Diploma from Tbilisi State University, and LL.M in Public Law from Bielefeld University. My interest lies in public policies that can better support rule of law and financial stability.
