After the bang, a whimper? A case study assessing the institutional integrity of the Georgian Tax Authority
The event presents the success of integrity reforms in Georgia by discussing a case study of the institutional integrity of the Georgian Tax Authority, developed by Ms Rusudan Kemularia (former Georgian Deputy Minister of Finance).The panel will also seek to draw more general conclusions about the usefulness of the conceptual framework of Integrity, developed by the Building Integrity Programme, as a tool of analysis.
